Welcome to ICCDU 2022

On behalf of the ICCDU, I am delighted to invite you to Princeton University, summer 2022 for the XIX International Conference on Carbon Dioxide Utilization. For nearly thirty years, the ICCDU has provided a global meeting place for chemists, engineers, and environmental policy planners to come together and discuss the latest developments in the field of CO2 capture and utilization. The meeting insures its international nature by rotating its location between Europe, Asia and the Americas; a pattern that has been interrupted by the pandemic. Thus, it is with great joy that we look forward both to an in person meeting this summer, and the return of the conference to the United States. As in prior years, we hope this meeting will be an opportunity for the international community to meet and exchange ideas. In an effort to bring more graduate students and postdoctoral fellows into the ongoing CO2 discussion, we will provide live virtual access to the plenary and keynote talks for this group of researchers. Hopefully, most you will be able to attend the meeting in person.

So, once more, welcome to Princeton for a dynamic discussion on progress, challenges and solutions in the capture and use of CO2 at ICCDU-22!
